Our Mission
Music Mentors introduces youth to music education, performance, business, artists and all elements of the music industry, thereby enriching their lives and improving life skills.

Welcome
Music Mentors is a non-profit organization in the Detroit Metro Area, dedicated to teaching kids about music. Music Mentors was created because of a need and desire to help kids explore and experience first hand the challenges and rewards of music and the music industry. The vision for Music Mentors was designed to put a life long memory in the minds of kids as they face the challenges of being youths. The knowledge of music and the music business can not always be taught in a classroom, so the idea of mentoring came about. Our long-term goal is to make the mentee’s the mentors.

Music Mentors is proud to have you view our site and see some of the lives we have touched. Our goal is to put as many smiles on kids faces as we can.
